We built this because we needed it ourselves.

Everyone on our team uses AI daily. But when a client asked whether we could guarantee their data wouldn't end up in training sets — we couldn't say yes.

Frequently asked questions

How is my data protected?

Your data is protected by five layers of isolation: a dedicated Docker container, storage volume, network, LLM key with budget limits, and subdomain. Your data never touches other customers' data. Everything is stored in Google Cloud's Finland data centre (europe-north1), and all traffic is encrypted.

Is my data used for model training?

No. We use Google Vertex AI, which does not use customer data for model training. Your data stays isolated in your own environment and never leaves the EU.

Which AI models do you use?

We use Google's Gemini model family via Vertex AI: Gemini 2.5 Flash for everyday tasks, Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite for lighter work, and Gemini 2.5 Pro for complex analysis. All models run within the EU — no data crosses EU borders.

How does billing work?

Simple monthly billing through Stripe. Your price includes platform access and a defined LLM budget. If the budget runs out mid-month, the assistant pauses until the next cycle — you never get an unexpected bill.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. No commitment period, no questions asked. After cancellation the service continues until the end of your paid period. You can also request immediate deletion of all your data.

Can I use my own domain?

Right now, your assistant runs on a suoja.ai subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.suoja.ai). Custom domain support is on our roadmap.
